A Mental Health Day Playlist
Why is a therapist writing about playlists? Easy. I love music, I love curating playlists. And I believe music is an incredibly powerful way to express ourselves, feel our feelings, connect with the world, and improve our mental health.
I originally created this playlist a few years ago when my website was only a blog, and it was a hit and a fun project that got me started creating several playlists for Ivory & Pine. So even though it's been a while, I want to share them all again. Enjoy the music, and listen to it on Spotify here.
