Insurance Options

Want to use health insurance benefits? The intake and and follow-up sessions are billable to insurance if I'm in network with your plan. Intensives are not billable to any insurance plan.

In-Person and Virtual Options

You can do your intensive in person, at my office in Thornton, Colorado. I also offer virtual intensives to clients in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Washington, Florida, and Massachusetts (states in which I am licensed).

1. Do you accept insurance for intensives?

Yes, to the extent that I can. Intensives, in general, are not billable to insurance. I can bill your insurance for our intake session and follow up session(s).
I am in network with the following commercial plans in all of my states of licensure unless the state is specified below:

2. And where are you licensed again?

I am licensed in Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, Utah, and Washington. I can do intensives with residents in any of these states virtually. If you'd like an in person intensive, my office is in Thornton, Colorado.
If you're interested in an in-person experience, but do not live in the Denver Metro, let's talk about doing the 3 day weekend! My office is a quick 30 minute drive from Denver International Airport, and I am happy to help you plan your travel experience.

3. Can I combine the intensive EMDR sessions into one long day?

I have intensives set up in 3-4 hour blocks intentionally, as I have found that going much beyond that in one day is mentally and emotionally draining for both clients and me. I want to make sure that you are in the best headspace possible to absorb everything you are learning and processing during the intensive.

4. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I offer payment plans.

5. Do I need to buy tappers for my virtual intensive?

You certainly can! I personally really enjoy using the tappers, but it's totally up to you. I recommend these, as they directly connect to the program I use for virtual EMDR sessions. You can also rent a pair from me.
